1. Cascade Hike

In the northeastern corner of Puerto Rico lies El Yunque National Rainforest, a bumpy tropical rainforest (the just one in the U.S. Woods Service), home to many climbing trails, in addition to huge loads of cascades, natural life, vegetation, and fauna. Couples can burn some calories on Mount Britton Trail, which is under a mile yet has a height of 2,493 feet- – and closes at a centuries-old stone lookout.

2. Dusk in Rincón

The languid surf town of Rincón – – situated on the western tip of the island, approximately 90 miles from San Juan – – stays one of Puerto Rico’s most unseen spots. Segregated, with insignificant vacationer people strolling through, Rincón is the best spot to get a dusk, be it from Punta Higuero Lighthouse, which neglects Domes Beach, or the shores of Steps Beach, where you may recognize settling hawksbill turtles.

3. Visit through Old Town San Juan

No Puerto Rico vacation is finished without abiding the day in Old Town San Juan. Meander the cobblestone roads, fixed with shops, cafés, and pastel-shaded apartments. Try not to miss the particularly brilliant Paseo de la Princesa.

4. Roadtrip to Culebra
